Our Senior Living apartments are tailored for individuals aged 59 and above, offering a setting that promotes independence. 

The Apartment Wing consists of 150 units, including 141 one-bedroom and 

nine two-bedroom apartments, all specifically designed for independent living. 

While apartments come unfurnished, each unit features a full kitchen and individually controlled heating and air conditioning. 

Limited on-site outdoor parking is offered on a first-come, first-served basis for an additional monthly fee. Laundry facilities are conveniently located on each floor. Additionally, 92 of the apartments are designated for the Toronto Social Housing Rent-Geared-to-Income program, with subsidies available through application at Housing Connections.
